EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENT GUIDELINES

Summarized
below are the reimbursement guidelines for members of the Board
of Directors and Council, and the Region, Commission, Standing Committee,
and Advisory Board Chairs for the Fall 2008 NACADA Leadership meetings
in Chicago. The incoming leaders for these positions are also eligible
for these reimbursements. A special reimbursement form will be distributed
at the Leadership meetings for your use. For additional information,

Board
of Directors — (click HERE
for reimbursement form)
Lodging*:
For the Fall Leadership meetings held prior to the conference,
NACADA will reimburse up to half the standard conference
room rate
(including applicable taxes) for the night of Monday, September
29 (if flight options do not permit arrival by 3pm on Tuesday),
and for Tuesday night, September 30, for eligible Board of Directors
members participating in the Tuesday leadership meetings.
For Board of Directors members attending the post-conference Board
meeting, NACADA will also reimburse up to half the standard room
rate for the night of Saturday, October 4.
Food:
Board of Directors meeting participants eligible for reimbursement
may be reimbursed for food expenses for up to $25.00 for Tuesday,
September 30 (dinner provided), and up to $25.00 on Wednesday,
October 1, with receipts. For the post-conference Board of Directors
meeting on Saturday, October 4, breakfast is provided with your
conference registration, lunch will be provided, and dinner will
be reimbursed up to $25.00.

Lodging*:
For the Fall Leadership meetings held prior to the conference,
NACADA will reimburse up to half the standard conference
room rate (including
applicable taxes) for the nights of Monday, September 29,
and Tuesday, September 30, for eligible Council members participating.
NOTE:
Council members opting to attend the post-conference Board meeting
on Saturday, October 4, will be responsible for all expenses incurred
as a result, including hotel and meal expenses.
Food:
Council meeting participants eligible for reimbursement may be
reimbursed for food expenses for up to $35.00 for Monday, September
29, and up to $25.00 for Tuesday, September 30 (dinner provided),
with receipts. For Council members participating in the Wednesday
meeting, October 1, up to $25.00 will be reimbursed for breakfast
and lunch.
Region,
Commission, Standing Committee, and Advisory Board Chairs

Lodging*:
NACADA will reimburse up to half the standard conference
room rate (including
applicable taxes) for the night of Tuesday, September 30,
for eligible Region Chairs, Commission Chairs, Committee Chairs,
and Advisory Board Chairs participating in the Fall Leadership
meetings. For those of you whose only flight options require
you to arrive on Monday, September 29, for the Tuesday afternoon
Division meetings, you will be eligible for reimbursement up to
half the standard room rate for that night as well.
Food:
Leadership meeting participants eligible for reimbursement may
be reimbursed for food expenses for up to $25.00 for Tuesday,
September 30 (dinner provided), with receipts. For those of you
whose flight schedules require you to arrive on Monday,
September 29, you will be eligible for reimbursement up to $35.00
for meals on that day as well.

Notes:
- Members of the NACADA leadership are
responsible for making their own hotel reservations for both the
Leadership meetings and conference.
- Please be sure to keep receipts for
all expenses to be reimbursed, including meals.
- *If
sharing a hotel room with another Leadership member, the entire
standard conference room rate is reimbursable for applicable meeting
nights as noted above (including
applicable taxes). If you choose a single room or share
with someone other than another Leadership member, only 1/2 of
the conference room rate is reimbursable.
- All Leadership members are welcome to
attend the Fall Leadership meetings. However, only the members
of the Board of Directors and Council, Region Chairs, Commission
Chairs, Standing Committee Chairs, and Advisory Board Chairs,
plus the incoming leaders for these positions, are eligible for
reimbursement for expenses as outlined above.
