I.   Welcome and Introductions - Casey Self, Chair, welcomed everyone to the meeting and asked for introductions. He explained he had agreed to complete the term of Brandy Frost who had resigned as chair.

II.   Review of demographics - Nutt provided an overview of the membership demographics for the year and an analysis of the demographics. Discussion followed.

III.   Membership - Nutt and Martin provided an overview of the proposed membership plan. Committee supported the targets identified in the proposal.

IV.   Member Incentives - Martin asked for the committee to think about incentives for members to recruit new members to the association.

V.   Review of member recruitment material - Martin asked the committee to review the recruitment material she had provided them and send suggestions or comments to her.
