Below is a summary of Leadership meetings scheduled around the Annual Conference in San Antonio. The attendees expected at each meeting are listed as well as the specific meeting room location. Most of the Leadership meetings held before and after the conference will be in the Grand Hyatt San Antonio -- a few will be held in the Convention Center. 

NOTE: Meeting room locations may possibly change—be sure to check this web site before leaving for the annual conference this fall to confirm your meeting locations.

* NOTE: Those leaders whose names are followed by a red asterisk (*) are listed under two different meetings scheduled at the same time due to the fact that, after completing their current term, they will be taking on a new leader role in a different division or on the Board. In most cases, the priority meeting for these individuals to attend would be that for which they are an incoming leader for the next term. However, if it is possible to attend at least part of the other meeting, they are encouraged to do so. In these cases, these leaders should plan to meet ahead of time with the newly elected leaders who will be replacing them.
