The
conference will be held at the Doubletree Seattle Airport
18740 Pacific Highway South, Seattle, WA 98188.
You should make your hotel reservations now. Call
206-246-8600 and be sure to mention that you
are making reservations for the NACADA Northwest Regional Conference.
We have a number of rooms blocked and you need to make your
reservations before March 31, 2004. We've also arranged for
some rooms at the discounted conference rate for the nights
before and after the conference, should you wish to spend some
additional time here in Seattle. NACADA Rates are $95
single or double, superior king or queen.
In
order to confirm your reservation, all guests will be required
to 1) provide a major credit card at the time of making the
reservation to establish a guarantee method of payment or 2)
send a deposit equal to one night's room and tax charges to
the hotel reservation office within 7 days of making the reservation.
Credit Cards will not be charged until the date of arrival,
this does not apply to debit cards. After March 31, any
rooms in NACADA's block will be opened to other individuals
for reservations, however, you may still request rooms at the
conference if they are available. It is highly recommended
that you make your reservations well before the March 31 deadline.
