to three weeks for delivery - in the meantime, the brochure

Conference has two outstanding keynote speakers: Ricardo

at San Antonio and Sarita
E. Brown, President, Excelencia
in Education, Washington, DC. Join us Wednesday,
September 30 for Romos Opening Keynote Address 7-8:30 p.m.
and on Friday, October 2 8:45-10 a.m. for Browns keynote
address. Detailed biographies are available on our website.
