Audio-visual Information

  • Due to the high cost of audio-visual equipment, especially LCD projectors and internet access, please carefully consider the most efficient presentation method for your program. For example, do you really need internet access if screen shots would serve the same purpose? Internet access may require additional cost to the presenter(s).
  • A limited number of LCD projectors will be available and will be assigned based on the order in which presentation proposals were submitted. If we are not able to provide a projector for your program, you will be responsible for bringing your own.
  • Do not request equipment that you are not proficient in using for your presentation.
  • You will need to provide your own laptop.
