Post-Conference Report Guidelines

To complete your post-conference leadership report, please start with a new report template and enter applicable information, including goals and activities planned for next year.  Please complete the first four columns of the report with two measurable outcomes.

Post-conference reports are due by November 1. Email your completed document (in Word or PDF format) to Dawn Krause, Executive Office Liaison to the CIG Division.

NOTE: Post-Conference and annual reports are required of all Commission Chairs.  They are optional for Interest Group Chairs (but highly recommended). 

Annual Report Guidelines

To complete your annual leadership report, you will make updates to the post-conference report submitted last fall and then e-mail your completed annual report document to Jennifer Joslin and Dawn Krause, CIGD Liaisons, by Aug 15.  Please complete the remaining two columns from the previously submitted post-conference report.

 


NOTE: Only those Chairs submitting post-conference reports after the conference last fall need to submit an updated annual report at this time. For those commissions with newly elected Chairs, these reports are to be completed by the current Chairs.
