The institutes provide intensive, focused uninterrupted time for administrative teams to address a specific issue or concern—something we never get at our home institution! The atmosphere is 110% supportive, from the faculty to other participants.  Everyone kept asking whether we were getting what we needed.  The resounding answer was "YES!"

I felt the conference was one of the most practical conferences I have ever attended. The segmenting into small groups of like institutions with common concerns allowed me to return to campus and immediately implement ideas developed at the conference.
