Hotel Reservation Information
The
NACADA room blocks have been filled at the hotels listed below.
These hotels may still have rooms available, but not at the NACADA
conference rate. These hotels, particularly the Hyatt, may be willing
to register you with the conference rate but ONLY
if there has been a cancellation within the NACADA block, so we
suggest inquiring if there have been any cancelations in the NACADA
room block.
We
also suggest visiting the Chicago Convention and Tourism Bureau
Website to view hotels
in the area of the Hyatt Regency Chicago.
There are
three official Conference hotels; Hyatt Regency Chicago, Hard Rock
Hotel, and Hotel 71. The Hyatt Regency Chicago is where all conference
sessions will be held. The Hard Rock Hotel and Hotel 71 are within
1.5 blocks of the Hyatt.
Please
note that the NACADA Executive Office is NOT able
to make reservations for you.

The
NACADA room block has been filled at the Spring Hill Suites.
The
Spring Hill Suites is located .6 mile from the Hyatt Regency
in a location with several restaurants. The hotel is brand
new with several amenities offered. The king suites have a
microwave, mini fridge, couch/sofa bed, and the hotel provides
complimentary internet access in each room.

Hard Rock Hotel

for the Hard Rock Hotel must be done over

Reservation hours, M-F 9:00am-9:30pm, Sat. 9:00am-5:00pm.
Closed Sunday. When making your reservation be sure to mention
NACADA to receive the conference rate. After
September 8th ,
rooms and rates are based on availability. NACADA’s room allocation
may sell out before this date. Make your reservations
as soon as possible.

preferred method for making reservations for the Hyatt is
online through PASSKEY.
You may also call PASSKEY to make reservations, 888-421-1442,
for international callers, 402-592-6464; available 24 hours
a day. Cut off date - September
2, rooms and rates are based on availability.
NACADA's room allocation at Hyatt Regency Chicago may sell
out before this date. Make your reservations as soon as possible.
Review your acknowledgements carefully for accuracy.
Acknowledgement will come from PASSKEY, the Hyatt
will not receive individual names until after September 8,
2008. Please DO NOT call the Hyatt Regency
Chicago “just to be sure” until after September 8, 2008.
If you need to view, make changes to, or cancel your
completed reservation prior to 5:30 pm EDT September
8th, use the same PASSKEY
