2011 Annual Conference

Get a head start on identifying the concurrent sessions
you don't want to miss at the conference try the
Interactive Schedule Planner

  • We hope this planner will help (even before you get to the conference) identify some sessions you want to attend; there are many from which to choose, and you don't always have time to read the whole Program before the conference begins.
  • Browse through each time slot and select titles/topics that appeal to you.
  • You can select more than one from each slot initially, or you can skip a time slot.
  • View (and print, if you wish) your schedule either with or without each session's abstracts.
  • Look it over; you can start again and create a different personal schedule as many times as you wish.
  • Sessions numbered 501-599 (highlighted in purple) are Poster Sessions; all held Tuesday 7:15-8:30 a.m.
  • Some sessions on Sunday are optional Workshops. An extra fee is charged for most of them and pre-registration is required. All concurrent sessions on Monday-Wednesday are included in your regular conference fee.
  • Areas highlighted in green are other NACADA sponsored activities you may wish to include in your schedule. They include plenary sessions, regional meetings, exhibitor presentations, etc.; feel free to include these in your selection of events to attend.

NOTE: Using the schedule planner does not guarantee you a seat in the session. You can not reserve a seat in the individual sessions ahead of time. Seats are "first come first serve". The Planner frees up your time on site so that you can move quickly to the sessions you are interested in. (Only Pre-conference workshops, extra fee, allows you to reserve a seat. See the conference registration brochure.)
