Summarized below are the reimbursement guidelines for members of the Board of Directors and Council, and the Region, Commission and Standing Committee Chairs for the Fall 2007 NACADA Leadership meetings in Baltimore. The incoming leaders for these positions are also eligible for these reimbursements. A special reimbursement form will be distributed at the Leadership meetings for your use. Board of Directors —

Lodging*: For the Fall Leadership meetings held prior to the conference, NACADA will reimburse up to half the standard conference room rate (including applicable taxes) for the night of Tuesday, October 16 (if flight options do not permit arrival by 3pm on Wednesday), and for Weds. night, October 17, for eligible Board of Directors members participating in the Wednesday leadership meetings.  For Board of Directors members attending the post-conference Board meeting, NACADA will also reimburse up to half the standard room rate for the night of Sunday, October 21.

Food: Board of Directors meeting participants eligible for reimbursement may be reimbursed for food expenses for up to $20.00 for Wednesday, October 17 (dinner provided), and up to $20.00 on Thursday, October 18, with receipts. For the post-conference Board of Directors meeting on Sunday, October 21, breakfast is provided with your conference registration, lunch will be provided, and dinner will be reimbursed up to $20.00.

Council—

Lodging*: For the Fall Leadership meetings held prior to the conference, NACADA will reimburse up to half the standard conference room rate (including applicable taxes) for the nights of Tuesday, October 16, and Wednesday, October 17, for eligible Council members participating. For Council members attending the post-conference Board meeting, NACADA will also reimburse up to half the standard room rate for the night of Sunday, October 21.

Food: Council meeting participants eligible for reimbursement may be reimbursed for food expenses for up to $25.00 for Tuesday, October 16, and up to $20.00 for Wednesday, October 17 (dinner provided), with receipts. For Council members participating in the Thursday meeting, October 18, up to $20.00 will be reimbursed for breakfast and lunch. If attending the Board of Directors meeting on Sunday, October 21, breakfast is provided with your conference registration, lunch will be provided, and dinner will be reimbursed up to $20.00.

Region, Commission and Standing Committee Chairs—

Lodging*: NACADA will reimburse up to half the standard conference room rate (including applicable taxes) for the night of Wednesday, October 17, for eligible Region Chairs, Commission Chairs and Committee Chairs participating in the Fall Leadership meetings. For those of you whose only flight options require you to arrive on Tuesday, October 16, for the Wednesday meetings, you will be eligible for reimbursement up to half the standard room rate for that night as well.

Food: Leadership meeting participants eligible for reimbursement may be reimbursed for food expenses for up to $20.00 for Wednesday, October 17 (dinner provided), with receipts. For those of you whose flight schedules require you to arrive on Tuesday, October 16, you will be eligible for reimbursement up to $20.00 for meals on that day as well.

Notes:

• Members of the NACADA leadership are responsible for making their own hotel reservations for both the Leadership meetings and conference.
• Please be sure to keep receipts for all expenses to be reimbursed.
• *If sharing a hotel room with another Leadership member, the entire standard conference room rate is reimbursable for applicable meeting nights as noted above (including applicable taxes). If you choose a single room or share with someone other than another Leadership member, only 1/2 of the conference room rate is reimbursable.
• All Leadership members are welcome to attend the Fall Leadership meetings. However, only the members of the Board of Directors and Council, Region Chairs, Standing Committee Chairs, and Commission Chairs, plus the incoming leaders for these positions, are eligible for reimbursement for expenses as outlined above.
