OCTOBER 2004 DEADLINES and EVENTS:

October 5 -- Commission & Interest Group Division Meeting in Cincinnati meets from 1:00pm-6:00pm for all current and incoming Commission Chairs and CIG Division Reps (optional for Interest Group Chairs and Division Steering Committee), followed by a Leadership Dinner from 6-7pm.
October 7 -- Commission and Interest Group Fair, 7:30am-8:30am, Ballroom

October 7-9 -- Commission/IG annual meetings held during conference
October 9 -- Commission "Hot Topics" sessions, 11:15am-12:15pm
October 15 -- Nominations are due to the Executive Office for those positions being elected in 2005.

ADVANCE NOVEMBER REMINDERS:

November 1 -- Deadline for first drafts of newsletter articles for February 2005 issue of Academic Advising News
November 14 -- Commission and Interest Group Chair Post-Conference reports due using online Leadership Report Form (to be explained at the division meeting). This report is optional for Interest Groups.
