JANUARY 2005 DEADLINES and EVENTS:

January 14 -- Voting system for NACADA Leadership positions made available online to members.

January 18 -- Send names of your commission's conference proposal readers to Rhonda Baker (baker@ksu.edu) at Executive Office. For more information on the conference proposal review process, visit www.nacada.ksu.edu/CandIGDivision/PropRevGuidelines.htm on the CIGD web site or contact Rhonda Baker.

January 31 -- List of Service to Commission Award Selection Committee members due to Executive Office (if award offered by your commission). For nomination and submission procedures for this award, visit www.nacada.ksu.edu/Awards/CService.htm.

Ongoing -- Promote and solicit nominations for Service to Commission Award (if applicable for your commission).

ADVANCE FEBRUARY 2005 REMINDERS:

February 8 -- Deadline for the 2005 Call for Conference Proposals
February 23 -- Deadline for readers to have conference proposal evals submitted to their respective Chairs
February 28 -- Deadline for Commission Chairs to have their summaries of proposal evaluations submitted to National Conference co-chairs

IMPORTANT NOTICES AND SUGGESTIONS --

-- Submit changes to your web pages to Julia at the Executive Office (jqwolf@ksu.edu) and she will get them posted to your unit's web site. If you would like to send a newsletter, e-mail message or other information to all members of your commission or interest group, send that information to Julia as well.

FYI - After about 2pm tomorrow (Dec 21), I will be out of the office until Monday, January 3, 2005. I am not sure how much access I will have to e-mail during this time. The Executive Office will be closed from Dec. 23-Jan. 2, and will reopen on Monday, January 3, 2005.
