• JANUARY 31 — List of Service to Commission Award Selection Committee members due to Executive Office (if award is being offered by your commission in 2009)
• ONGOING — Promote and solicit nominations for Service to Commission Award (if applicable).

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS, LINKS, AND SUGGESTIONS --

• The updating of applicable list serves has been completed with new subscribers as indicated on CIGD Fair and annual meeting signup sheets submitted after the conference. Be sure to follow up with those members indicating their interest in volunteering to help with your respective unit activities. If you did not receive copies of these lists, please let me know and copies will be sent to you.
• Budget requests submitted in the CIGD post-conference reports will be reviewed over the next few weeks and you will be notified by early January 2009 of the status of your requests.
• Please submit changes to your web pages directly to me at the Executive Office at jqwolf@ksu.edu for posting to your unit's web site. If you would like to send an e-mail message, newsletter, or other information to all members of your commission or interest group, please send that information to me as well. I will be remaining as your CIGD Liaison to the Executive Office for the next several months.
• Check the general NACADA calendar for other dates of interest.
