IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS, LINKS, AND SUGGESTIONS --

• CIGD Liaison to the Executive Office:  As mentioned at the Division meeting in San Antonio, Jenifer Scheibler will be transitioning into the role as Liaison to the CIGD over the next several months.  More information will be provided on this transition process in the coming weeks. Meanwhile, please feel free to contact Jenifer or me for assistance.
• Change with All-Member Communications — If you would like to send an e-mail message, newsletter, or other information to all members of your commission or interest group, please send the text and information to Michele Holaday (mholaday@ksu.edu) who is now assisting the division with sending these messages. 
• CIGD Fair/Meeting Sign-up Sheets: Incoming and Continuing Chairs —  Please follow-up with those members who were interested in volunteering to assist with unit activities. If you need a copy of your unit's sign-up sheets that were submitted onsite in San Antonio, please contact me. Copies were made for many of you onsite, but a few sheets were submitted for which copies may not have been made for your use, such as for incoming Chairs.  Thanks!
• List serve Updates — Commission & interest group list serves are in the process of being updated with the members who signed up during the conference. These updates will hopefully be completed within the next couple of weeks. Thank you for your patience.
• Potential Conference proposal readers — If your Commission Chair position is up for election next year, you might consider recruiting the nominees for that position as conference proposal readers.
• Contact Information:  Please check your contact information on your unit’s “Leadership” web page and let us know if there are any corrections or updates needed at this time.
• Annual Meeting Feedback Forms — If you created your own feedback form for your unit's annual meeting to gather feedback from attendees, please e-mail or fax a copy of that template to me. It will be posted HERE on the CIG Division web site for future reference by other Chairs.
• Unit web pages — Please submit web page changes directly to Jenifer Scheibler (jscheib@ksu.edu) or me (jqwolf@ksu.edu) at the Executive Office for posting to your unit's web site. All CIGD web pages will be reviewed over the next several months and updates made as needed, such as to report links and volunteer lists posted.
• Check the general NACADA Calendar for other dates of interest.
