have quite a few commission members who received 2005
NACADA awards and will be honored at the Las Vegas
conference in October. Please join me in giving a cyberspace "high

Wanda Martin, Susan Campbell, Maxine Proctor, Lanie Lockwood,

Alice Reinarz; and to George
Steele, Dorothy Burton and Chris Farren who nominated
their colleagues and staff who developed technology innovations

Chair Nominees Sought
I
am looking for nominees willing to run for the position as Chair
of our commission. This position will be elected early next
year for the 2006-2008 term. If you are interested or wish to
nominate someone, please let me know! Yes, this position does
involve some work, but everyone has been so helpful and encouraging
through my first year as chair that it makes up for the work.
