Hello again, Colleagues!

The response to our request for proposal readers has been overwhelming. At the moment we have as many volunteers as we had total accepted proposals for last year's conference. So here's my next request: we need more people to put forward faculty advisor-related proposals. I
put three in myself for the Region 5 conference, and expect to do the same for Cincinnati.

I would be happy to offer you personal assistance with a presentation you could make. You can also "shake the bushes" with colleagues you know who have done some research or who have a lot of experience with advising. My goal is to see us double the number of presentations from last year. There's so many good things going on out there, but sometimes folks just need a little encouragement to take the first step. (If you're shy, I'd be happy to contact anyone you'd recommend-just get me an e-mail or phone number!)
