Sharon Butler

Sharon Butler is the resident expert on advising, not only for the Math and Science Division that she represents at Pikes Peak Community College, but also for the entire faculty. Sharon has helped to train and mentor many new faculty advisors, and she continues to be a valuable resource when advisors have questions or problems. For her own division, Sharon gathered advising materials into a comprehensive manual. This document is now being used by all divisions.

In addition to her regular hours, Sharon has established afternoon, evening, and even weekend walk-in hours at peak times during the registration process. She is the perfect example of an informed, dedicated advisor.
