1. From the e-mail account under which you wish to be subscribed, send a plain-text e-mail message to: LISTSERV@LISTSERV.KSU.EDU
2. Type as the SOLE contents of the body of the message:
   • SUB N-TWOYEAR Your first and last name (i.e. SUB N-TWOYEAR Thomas Thompson)
3. Delete any automatic signatures and send the message.
4. You will receive an automatic confirmation of your subscription and instructions on the use of the e-mail list.

How To Post a Message

Send an email to the following address: N-TWOYEAR@LISTSERV.KSU.EDU (you must be a member of the list).

Note: KSU listserv lists are no longer accepting file attachments. You now have a couple of options:

1. Cut and paste the information from the attachment into the actual e-mail.
2. Send the e-mail with attachments to everyone by typing in their individual e-mail addresses rather than to the list.

How To Unsubscribe

To leave the Two-Year Institutions list, simply follow these directions:

1. From the e-mail account under which you subscribed, send an e-mail message to: LISTSERV@LISTSERV.KSU.EDU
2. Type as the SOLE contents of the body of the message:
   • SIGNOFF N-TWOYEAR (i.e.SIGNOFFN-TWOYEAR)
3. Delete any automatic signatures and send the message.
4. You will receive an automatic confirmation of your unsubscription.
