How To Subscribe

To join the Ohio Academic Advising Association email list, simply follow these directions:

  1. From the email account under which you wish to be subscribed, send an email message to: LISTSERV@LISTSERV.KSU.EDU
  2. Type as the SOLE contents of the body of the message:
    • SUB OAAA-L Your first and last name
    • EX: SUB OAAA-L Thomas Thompson
  3. Delete any automatic signatures and send the message
  4. You will receive an automatic confirmation of your subscription and instructions on the use of the email list.

How To Post a Message

Send an email to the following address:  OAAA-L@LISTSERV.KSU.EDU (you must be a member of the list).

How To Unsubscribe

To leave the Ohio Academic Advising Association e-mail list, simply follow these directions:

  1. From the e-mail account under which you subscribed, send an e-mail message to: LISTSERV@LISTSERV.KSU.EDU
  2. Type as the SOLE contents of the body of the message:
    • SIGNOFF OAAA-L
    • EX: SIGNOFF OAAA-L
  3. Delete any automatic signatures and send the message.
  4. You will receive an automatic confirmation of your unsubscription.
