The Institute is designed for all levels of advising administrators:
Those who are aspiring to become Administrators and those new to Advising Administration at all levels come learn the basics and network with others new to administration as well as those experienced administrators from whom you can learn valuable 'hands-on' information. This program is also geared to experienced advising administrators who are looking to improve their academic advising programs.

Institute will utilize learning community groups facilitated
by institute faculty who are experienced advising administrators
and leaders in the field. The faculty and groups will
assist in the development of the participant actions
plans. The action plan will focus on a key issue or
concern on your campus that you want to focus on for
improvement or change and will assist new administrators
and experienced administrators alike in making significant
changes and improvements at their institutions.
Institute welcomes both individuals and administrative teams.
Action Plans can be developed individually in cooperation
with institute faculty or with your own personal team with
a faculty member overseeing your plan.
