PLEASE NOTE:  Due to maximum enrollment capacity for each seminar, registration is on a first come, first serve basis.  Governmental issued credit and purchasing cards used for cross-border transactions may not be honored by the issuing bank.  Use of individual credit cards may be the best assurance of your registration.  International wires are also accepted but registration is not instantaneous.  Download the registration form for the  International Wire Option.

Register online with a credit card. We recommend using the latest version of Firefox or Chrome as your browser during the online registration process.  The online registration system is also accessible using Internet Explorer.

Purchase Order for registrations paid by check cannot be processed online. Please use the Mail/Fax form to register with a Purchase Order or check. Non-member registrants acknowledge no reimbursement for lost discount(s) will be made, even if membership status changes.

Register today by completing the registration form and submitting it along with payment information via fax (1-785-532-7732).  Your registration will be processed in the order it is received at the Executive Office. Once processing is complete you will receive via email a receipt or invoice for the event.

NACADA Membership

* If you would like to become a NACADA member, complete the membership form available here.  The membership fee and registration fee will show up as separate charges on your credit card. Membership fees are payable by check or credit card only. 


Important Registration Information/Policies:

Register early -- payment must be received by the conference date, but it need not accompany your registration form. Before you give the registration form to your institution's Business Office for processing, please fax NACADA a copy of the conference registration first. This is for your protection -- many registrations are delayed for weeks at the institution and do not arrive in our office until after the opening date of the conference.

Be sure to send us an actual copy of the Agency Purchase Order (APO) as soon as it is available. An APO number without the actual form will not suffice. NACADA's Federal Employer ID number (FEIN) is 48-1114759.

Registration Deadline. Registrations will not be processed after the May 15th deadline. Payments for completed registrations will still be accepted.

Payments will not be accepted onsite. All payments must go through the Executive Office prior to attendance.

Registration transfers -- Paid registrations may be transferred to another individual at your institution if you notify NACADA in advance in writing.

Refund policy -- No refunds will be granted for this event.  If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual by notifying the NACADA Executive Office in writing.
