VISA INFORMATION
1. Qatar University: In case an attendee requires help with getting visa, you should send a copy of your passport to Elma Atic ([email protected]) or Tamara Zaghmout ([email protected]).
2. Hotel as outlined in the contract :
Visas:
Tourist visas can be arranged provided that the visa form has been completed, signed and returned to the Hotels along with a clear copy of the guest’s passport. This is subject to a processing charge of QAR250.00 per person.
In the case of a no-show or a cancellation, the full visa cost will be automatically charged to the guest’s credit card or the Master Account. Please be advised unfortunately we are unable to process visas unless a guaranteed method of payment has been agreed.
Below are other recommended hotels. Booking is subject to availability at the time of booking. Book early to increase chances of getting desired hotel. Qatar University will provide transportation to the conference venue from these three hotels only.
Transportation to the conference venue when booking outside of these hotels will be the responsibility of the participant.
