All Preconference Workshops will be held on Monday, July 16, 2018, between the hours of 12:30 - 5:00 p.m.

The workshops are $10 each.  Select the workshop you want to attend when registering online or select the appropriate box on the paper registration form.  Please do not choose overlapping workshops. Complete the form below only if you have already registered and would like to add a preconference workshop. Otherwise you may submit your preconference workshop selection on your conference registration form.
