Payment must be received by the conference date, but it need not accompany your registration form. Before you give the registration form to your institution's Business Office for processing, please fax NACADA a copy of the event registration first. This is for your protection --many registrations are delayed for weeks at the institution and do not arrive in our office until after the opening date of the event. Be sure to send us an actual copy of the Agency Purchase Order (APO) as soon as it is available. An APO number without the actual form will not suffice. NACADA's Federal Employer ID number (FEIN) is 48-1114759.

• Associate -- not employed by accredited, higher education institutions.
• Non-Member – if you wish to register to attend a NACADA event without becoming a member of NACADA

If you have chosen either of the Renewing or New Member rates which include membership fees, please complete the information on the second page of the registration form. You will not need to submit a separate membership form.

On-line: Use the online method if you are registering individually with a credit card, to receive immediate confirmation

On-site: Attendees are strongly encouraged to register prior to the conference to assure space and correct materials are available and to avoid unnecessary delays. If On-site registration is necessary, payment is expected at that time via check or purchase order. A receipt will be prepared for you to take to your institution for reimbursement to you.

To cancel a Summer Institute registration and request a refund, a written request must be sent to jlrush@ksu.edu or faxed to 785-532-7732. Telephone requests will not be honored. Refund checks or credits will be issued four to six weeks after the institute. Membership fees are not refunded. See the event registration form for detailed information concerning refund amounts and dates requests must be received.

Paid registrations may be transferred to another individual at your institution if you notify NACADA in writing in advance. Email jlrush@ksu.edu as soon as possible to make arrangements.
