Register early -- payment must be received by the conference date, but it need not accompany your registration form. Before you give the registration form to your institution's Business Office for processing, please fax NACADA a copy of the event registration first. This is for your protection --many registrations are delayed for weeks at the institution and do not arrive in our office until after the opening date of the event. Be sure to send us an actual copy of the Agency Purchase Order (APO) as soon as it is available. An APO number without the actual form will not suffice. NACADA's Federal Employer ID number (FEIN) is 48-1114759.
Payment not received by the meeting date -- payment must be made before receiving institute or seminar materials on-site. Cash, check, or credit card authorization will be accepted on-site.
Registration transfers -- Paid registrations may be transferred to another individual at your institution if you notify NACADA in writing in advance.
Refund policy -- Membership dues are not refundable .
All requests must be in writing and mailed or emailed (nacada@ksu.edu) to NACADA.
- Prior to January 12. 2012: A refund of conference fees, less a $50 administrative fee, will be made with a written request.
- Jan. 12-Jan. 25, 2012: A 50% refund of conference fee with written notice.
- After Jan. 25, 2012: Due to facility and institute obligations, no refunds are given.
Registrants who fail to cancel their registrations through the executive office, in writing, will be responsible for the total conference registration fee even if they do not attend the conference and have not paid the registration fee.
Services/Accommodations -- NACADA complies with ADA requirements. Please contact the NACADA Executive Office by Jan. 6, 2012, if you need accommodations to participate in the meeting events. If you need ADA sleeping room accommodations you must contact the hotel directly.
If you require a special meal (i.e. vegetarian, vegan or gluten free), contact the Executive Office by Jan. 9, 2012; requests for special meals made after this date may not be available.
