Greetings Pre-Law Advising Interest Group members,

I am excited to introduce myself as your new NACADA Pre-Law Advising Interest Group Chair. I look forward to continuing the great work of past co-chairs, Julie Givans and Sandra Voller.  As I begin my duties as Chair, I invite your feedback.  Please share with me any suggestions you may have for the direction of the Interest Group.  I want to know how the Pre-Law Advising Interest Group can best support you in the pre-law advising you do on your campus.

One task I would like to move forward with immediately is the creation of a Pre-Law Advising Interest Group Steering Committee.  I hope to use the Steering Committee as both an avenue for regular feedback about the resources and support the Interest Group is providing, as well as to assist with the implementation of new ideas.  I foresee that most of the work and discussions of the Steering Committee will be done through email or telephone and won't require attendance at meetings.  If you are interested in getting more involved with the Pre-Law Advising Interest Group, I encourage you to consider joining the Steering Committee.  If you are interested in doing so or have any questions, please e-mail me at wrohled@ku.edu.
