Strategic Plan

NACADA Strategic Plan

HISTORY: In 1994, the Board of Directors drafted the first strategic plan for the association. It was updated in 1999 and most recently in 2004. The Vision and Mission statements were reaffirmed by the Board of Directors and then the broader leadership and their member constituents contributed to the task identification. The Council and Board prioritize these tasks within the limitations of the human and financial resources available to the association. The Board of Directors will continually review the progress on the plan and suggest adjustments as the environment might command.
