MACADA GOALS:

• Provide quality academic advising services to students
• Establish a communication network
• Support professional development for professional and faculty advisors
• Promote professional standards
• Establish a liaison to the Coordinating Board of Higher Education in Missouri
• Support goals and programs of the National Academic Advising Association (NACADA)
• Establish relationships with other professional organizations
• Promote an award system for academic advising
