MACADA offers you support in developing professionally as an academic advisor. Membership will assist you in gaining recognition as a professional around the state.

Academic advisors can network with others who advise at various institutions through attending the annual fall conference and other special meetings sponsored by MACADA.

Connecting with MACADA includes sharing your problems and solutions as well as receiving assistance from others.

Ample opportunity exists for leadership on the Executive Board. Help shape the direction of MACADA's future by getting involved.

Diversity can be explored through your involvement with MACADA. Your colleagues' variety of experiences will enrich your ability to assist students from many backgrounds.

Academic advisors, counselors, faculty, administrators, and those in academic and student affairs, comprise MACADA membership. Institutional and individual memberships are available to those from accredited institutions of higher education.
