CINCINNATI HOTEL INFORMATION

The conference begins in a few days.  All reservation inquiries should now be directed to the individual hotels. 

New reservations: The Garfield Suites Hotel has $99 one-bedroom and $119 two-bedroom suites available on all conference dates. Located 4.5 blocks from the Convention Center, it is the city's premier all-suite hotel. Amenities include full-size, fully-equipped kitchens with coffee makers, separate bedrooms, two-line phones with data ports, voicemail and full privileges of the Skyview Fitness Center. Fee for Valet or self-parking in attached garage. Phone (800) 367-2155 and mention NACADA to get these rates.

Space at all other conference hotels is nearly sold out and may not be available at all hotels on all dates.  There may be cancellations that result in limited availability; call a specific hotel to check. A list of all hotels and their phone numbers is online at this link .

Existing reservations:  You can still review a reservation you made earlier using the online reservation system, but you can't change or cancel that reservation online--call the hotel directly.  To view your existing reservation and a list of hotel phone numbers, go online at this link .
