* Implement administrative procedures for assuring that withdrawing students who are eligible to return to the college are apprised of their option to do so, and that they leave fully informed about what procedures they are to follow to be re-enrolled or re-admitted.
* Collaborate with Student Fiscal Services to explore how billing/payment schedules and communication may impact student retention.

* Work with high-level administrators to demonstrate visible support for engagement and retention initiatives.
* Explore with administrators the creation of incentives for faculty and staff to promote their involvement in engagement-and-retention programs or interventions (e.g., stipends, mini-grants, release time, travel and professional development funding, administrative or student assistance).
