NACADA
recognizes members upon their retirement for their service and dedication
to the field of advising. Persons retiring during the past or upcoming
academic year will be sent a NACADA Emeritus lapel pin and then
recognized during the Awards Ceremony at the Annual Conference in
the fall.
Please
submit either form by June 2, 2008* to the
NACADA Executive Office.
*NOTE:
If this completed form is submitted by the deadline noted above,
the retirees' names will be printed in the Conference Awards Program.
However, they will still receive a lapel pin if submitted later.
