Regional Division represents the membership within the geographic regions through the facilitation of networking opportunities and member recruitment and service. Regions are governed by elected officers who propose activities to support academic advising and advisors within their geographic regions. Regional Division Chairs and Region Chairs are elected for 2 year terms. Regions represent an entry level for involvement in the association and a direct and welcoming opportunity for professional development. Regions conduct annual conferences and offer additional state/province or area drive-in professional development opportunities.
