Region 1 Cares

We were thrilled by the participation in the donations to the Vermont Food Pantry! We are hoping to keep this tradition of donations alive in Connecticut and have partnered with the New London Connecticut High School to help them meet some of their need. They have sent us the following lists of items in need:

 ·         2” Black Binders

·         Pens

·         Pencils

·         Colored pencils

·         Markers

·         Erasers

·         Loose leaf paper

·         Calculators Texas Instruments TI30XIIS

·         Backpacks

We are hoping that a representative from the New London High School will be able to join us on Friday at our closing keynote and receive our generous donations. Please help out this school district and bring your charitable contributions to the registration table when you arrive for the conference. Let’s show Connecticut how much NACADA and Region 1 cares!

Bring Your Hiking Boots!

Just outside the casino doors lie the beautiful Pequot trails. We will have information about hiking in the woods that surround Foxwoods/MGM Grand. You can find this information at the Registration Table.
