March 26; 10:00 am - Noon; $25
Presenter:
Rodney Mondor, University of Southern Maine
Abstract:
As we constantly face the pressure of "doing more for less,"
it is important that we take the time to motivate/appreciate
our staffs. As the supervisor, you are also the teacher, helping
your staff grow, and develop as professionals. Whether your
staff is large or small, it is important that they feel supported,
appreciated and recognized. This interactive session will help
participants see how to: analyze current work environments,
assess staff member performances, motivate individuals and team,
recognize staff and set goals as a team.
Now
is the time to invest in the future of your staff. Take a look
at what will motivate your staff to not only succeed, but excel.
