Shuttle Information:
To make airport shuttle arrangements to/from the Colorado Springs Airport please call Cheyenne Mountain Resort at 719-538-4020. No credit card or reservation number is required, but guests should identify themselves as being with the NACADA Region 10 Conference to receive the special rate of $10 roundtrip (this can be charged to the guestroom account). They will ask for airline name, flight number and departing city.
The check in procedure:
Upon arrival at the Colorado Springs Airport, attendees should check in with the guest services agent stationed at the bottom of the escalator, who will be identified with a Cheyenne Mountain Resort sign. Guests should check in with guest services before retrieving luggage. Once all arrivals are prepared, the bellman will shuttle guests to Cheyenne Mountain Resort. The ride is approx 20 minutes.
Driving Directions:
From the Colorado Springs Airport (approximately 12 miles):
- Follow Airport Exit signs – proceed West (towards mountains)
- Continue STRAIGHT through first traffic light (airport exit parkway becomes Drennan Road)
- Proceed west on Drennan Road for approximately 3 miles
- Turn LEFT on Academy Blvd.
- Follow Academy Blvd. for approximately 4 miles
- Exit NORTH on Highway 115
- Proceed approximately one mile
- Turn LEFT on Cheyenne Mountain Blvd
- Proceed one block
- Turn LEFT on Broadmoor Valley Road
- Proceed three blocks to Cheyenne Mountain Resort – Main Entrance on LEFT
From Denver International Airport (approximately 92 miles):
- Follow Airport Exit signs – proceed west on Pena Blvd.
- Take E-470 South (toll road) to I-25 south
OR
- Take Peña Blvd to I-70 West to I-225 South to I-25 South (no tolls)
- Take I-25 South to Exit 138 (Circle Drive) in Colorado Springs
- Turn RIGHT (WEST - towards mountains) and proceed two miles to Highway 115 South – Canon City
- Proceed UNDER the overpass and turn LEFT onto the entrance ramp to Highway 115 South
- At first traffic light, turn RIGHT onto Cheyenne Mountain Blvd.
- Proceed one block
- Turn LEFT onto Boardmoor Valley Road
- Proceed three blocks to Cheyenne Mountain Resort – Main Entrance on LEFT
