Hospitality Table for the Region 2 Conference

Please visit the Hospitality Table in the registration area to see city events and peruse a binder of menus for fun and food in the Atlantic City area.

The Hospitality Table will be available during the hours of registration:

Wednesday, April 14 from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm
Thursday, April 15, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Dinner with NACADA Colleagues

Consider going to dinner with your NACADA friends on Thursday night around 7:30. Sign up sheets will be available at the hospitality table. Groups can meet at the table, decide where to go, and proceed from there. Sign up to join your friends and colleagues! All NACADA conference attendees and their guests are invited.

Transportation around AC – Use the Jitney Service

Getting around Atlantic City is easy due to the Jitney service. A jitney route map will be provided in your conference materials and will also be available at the Hospitality Table. The closest jitney stop for Tropicana guests is at the corner of Brighton and Pacific Avenues. The jitney maps are color coded for ease of use. Please look for your jitney route may when you check-in for the conference and receive your conference materials.

Shopping in AC

Shopping is plentiful and in walking, cab, and jitney distance from the Tropicana.

The Pier Shops at Caesars is located directly in the center of the Boardwalk between Arkansas and Missouri Avenues, at the end of the Atlantic City Expressway. It is four blocks from the Convention Center and is connected to Caesars via a glass sky bridge. It is about a 6-block walking distance from the Tropicana.

In addition to the wonderful shopping, the area is rich with culinary destinations waiting to please every palate. The Pier Shops at Caesars also features a light, water, and sound show every hour on the hour beginning at noon each day. Admission is free.

The Walk is a collection of 100 factory brand outlets located at the end of the Atlantic City Expressway between Bally’s, Caesars, and Trump Plaza Casino Hotels and the Atlantic City Convention Center.

Hours of Operation are:
Monday to Saturday 10:00 am to 9:00 pm
Sunday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
