Airport Information:

The Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport (XNA) is located just 10 miles west of downtown Rogers and is served by Allegiant, American Airlines, Continental, Delta, U.S. Airways and United. Direct flights to 16 major U.S. cities make flying into the Northwest Arkansas region a breeze.

Full rental car services are available at the airport for most major providers and shuttles service will be provided to and from the Embassy Suites for conference attendees. Check back for more information regarding shuttle times.

The Tulsa International Aiport (TUL) in Tulsa, Oklahoma also provides convenient access to the Northwest Arkansas area. Served by more major airlines, you may have better luck with pricing and flight times. A short 2-hour drive will bring you straight into Rogers, Arkansas.

Driving Directions:

The Embassy Suites of Northwest Arkansas is located directly off I-540 in the Pinnacles Hills area of Rogers. Take exit 83, Pinnacle Hills Parkway. Turn left onto Pinnacles Hills Parkway at the stoplight and you’ll find the hotel ahead on your left, ¼ miles.
