How much does it cost to attend a Webcast?

Register for any ONE Webinar or Workinar Event and the fees are:

  • Current NACADA Member: $125 for a single site connection for one live event*(available only to individuals who have already paid their membership fees for the current year prior to registering for the Webcast).
  • "Combo" fee for Renewing or New Members: $180 for a single site connection for one live event* (The combo fee includes annual membership dues plus the member Webcast fee. Both new and renewing members can take advantage of this fee).
  • Non-Member: $185 for a single site connection for one live event*

To save $10 on each broadcast, register NOW for THREE (3) OR MORE Webinar or Workinar Events*:

  • Current NACADA Member: $115 each for a single site connection for three or more live events*(available only to individuals who have already paid their membership fees for the current year prior to registering for the Webcast).
  • "Combo" fee for Renewing or New Members: $170 for a single site connection for the first event and $115 each for a single site connection for the additional two or more live events* (The combo fee includes annual membership dues plus the member Webcast fee. Both new and renewing members can take advantage of this fee).
  • Non-Member: $175 each for a single site connection for three or more live events*

*Savings are applicable to concurrent registration only; they are not retroactive.

Participation in each Webcast event is limited to 200 registrants by the technical capacity of our service provider. Plan ahead to ensure your participation - Secure your funding and register early! 

*Refund Policy: Registration and membership fees are not refundable. If you find after registering that you are not able to attend the live broadcast, registration payment is transferable to the purchase of the Event CD IF you contact the Executive Office at least two weeks prior to the broadcast.


How does the Registration Process work?  
  1. Go to the Registration page at https://nacada.ome.ksu.edu/
  2. Choose your Membership type (NOTE: The person who is registering for the event must have a CURRENT, INDIVIDUAL membership to be eligible for the "Current Member" rate.  If you have any question about whether your membership is current, please call the Executive Office at 785-532-5717 to find out).
  3. Choose the Events you wish to register for by clicking on the appropriate boxes.
  4. Fill in all boxes in the Personal Information section(NOTE: Please be sure that the person who registers is the person you want to receive the follow-up information about the event, including billing, Presenter Handouts, and LOGIN information  Our system can only send information to the ONE email address we are given at the time of registration.  If you need to have this information sent to more than one individual, you will need to have the registrant forward it.)
  5. Fill out the payment information
  6. Press SUBMIT
    • If your registration is successful, you will immediately receive in your web browser a confirmation of registration, which may include preliminary directions for completing payment, depending on method of payment. PRINT THIS PAGE for your records.
    • If you do not immediately receive this confirmation of registration notice, you are probably NOT yet registered. Please check the registration form in your browser to see if it is asking for additional information.  If you do not receive the confirmation of registration notice and are not sure that your registration was successful, please call the Executive Office at 785-532-5717 to determine whether you need to fill out the form again.
  7. Within a week of submitting the registration form, the registrant will receive AT THE EMAIL ADDRESS GIVEN IN THE REGISTRATION a follow-up email, including receipt, invoice, or additional instructions for completing payment. 
    • If you do not receive this email confirmation within 10 days of submitting your registration form, please contact the NACADA Executive office by email  or call 785-532-5717.
  8. Approximately 10-days before the event, each paid registrant will receive an e-mail with instructions for a System Check to insure technological readiness and more information regarding the event. 
  9. Three days prior to the event, registrants will receive appropriate login information and the presenter's handout.
