Audio-visual
- Confirm audio visual set up for your session - An audio visual
chart will be posted in two places if you would like a reminder
on what equipment you requested. Look for the chart on the bulletin
board near the registration desk or posted on the door to the
Speaker Ready room.
- Speaker Ready room
-- if you would like to practice your presentation or store handouts
prior to your session, a practice room, set with all audio-visual
equipment is available. Ask at the registration desk for the room
number or look in the program at the map.
- Please
review carefully your final confirmation email received in June
from the Executive Office to verify the audiovisual equipment
you requested. We will not be able
to provide any additional equipment at the conference.

Handout
Hints
- Post your handouts
on the NACADA web page -this is the easiest way to get your handout
into the hands of the attendees. If you run out of handouts you
can refer the attendees to the web site to print off your handouts
or you may choose to just bring a one-page outline of your session
and then refer them to the upload on the NACADA homepage. Click
here for instructions on how to upload your handouts now!
NOTE: Pre-conference
presenters, DO NOT upload your materials to the web.
- Please bring a minimum
of 100 handouts for all concurrent and 150 for poster sessions;
pre-conference workshop presenters may contact the Executive for
the exact number of participants who have registered for your
sessions. Our conference meeting rooms will accommodate a range
of 70 to 325 participants; therefore, bringing this number should
help insure that you have enough handouts for those in attendance
at your session. Extra copies of handouts can be taken to the
Exhibit/Publications area where we will have a table to display
them. Participants are not able to attend all sessions and often
appreciate copies of presentations they were unable to attend.
- Please review carefully
your final confirmation email received in June from the Executive
Office, the email has the seating capacity of the room you will
be in, plan handouts accordingly.
