If you are staying at one of NACADA’s preferred hotels, all hotel registrants will be provided with A PASSWORD TO ACCESS WIRELESS INTERNET (sponsored by Kansas State University Distance Education) at the Colorado Convention Center.  This service is especially beneficial to exhibitors who purchase booth package #1, choose to make a presentation, and require the Internet for that presentation.  If you stay at a hotel other than one of NACADA's preferred hotels and require Internet for your presentation or at your booth or table, you will need to purchase your Internet service via the vendor forms found at the end of the exhibitor service manual.

**Web site links will be posted when payment is received and will remain linked for 60 days following the conference.
***Mailing list to be used exclusively in promoting your participation/services/products as an exhibitor prior to the NACADA Annual Conference.
****Presentation descriptions will be included in program if received by July 1, 2011.

Booth Selection

Exhibitors may choose a booth location at the Denver Convention Center.  After the exhibitor contract with payment information has been received at the NACADA Executive Office, a link to the selection web site will be sent via email.  Booth selections will be made on a first-come, first-served basis, so register early for a prime booth location!

Tables will be assigned to exhibitors purchasing Package #2 or #3.

Exhibitor Presentation Schedule

For Package #1 only - Optional presentations are available if you purchase package #1.  Presentations are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis and will be listed in the conference program.  Each exhibitor is responsible for notifying attendees of the presentation time and location.

Audio/visual equipment beyond that already present in the rooms will not be provided. You must bring your own or rent equipment from the AV provider listed on this web page. Please provide NACADA with a 50-word description of your presentation to be included in the conference program by July 1, 2011.
