My qualifications, goals, and strategies for this position is that I am a motivated, goal, oriented team player, who communicates effectively on a one to one basis or in a group situation. I am a decision maker and I possess problem solving capabilities. I have a broad range of business knowledge coupled with relevant educational experience, and I have strong administrative skills. At present, I am involved with the Campus Committee for Teaching and Learning, the Academic Success Center, and the Presidential Education Task force to develop educational programs, and to consider where we are, also to come up with strategies for the next five years.

Why are you interested in serving in this leadership position or what influenced you to run for this leadership position?

To help our campus define universal goals for undergraduate curriculum, help UNLV foster a campus environment to better support first year students and create a welcoming community, and find educational practices that foster student success and how administrators, and staff support faculty to engage in these practices. I believe I can deepen my knowledge, and research,by having a leadership position in NACADA.

Provide any additional comments or information (either personal or leadership-related) that you want potential voters to know about you that is not covered elsewhere in your platform information.
