PROGRAM EXPECTATIONS

 

The Region 4 Mentoring Program is a one-year commitment starting in March with the Region Conference and ending the following March with the Region Conference. Committing to a year-long program can be a difficult decision. The Region 4 Mentoring Program is a rewarding experience focused on building your advising skills and network. The timeline below offers insight into the program expectations. The Program Coordinator will assist each mentor-mentee pair, provide opportunities to connect via the Virtual Connection Series, and will serve as a resource to further each participant’s professional and personal development.

Application period open for the 2022-2023 Mentoring Class.

The Mentoring Program Chair will touch base with mentors and mentees regarding networking opportunities.

Developmental Goal(s) reviewed by Mentoring Program Chair

Region Conference 2023
Mentors and Mentees attend a dinner to recap the year and receive recognition for involvement in the program.

Mentoring Program Chair and mentoring participates celebrate goal competition and future involvement in NACADA.
