Position Description
The University of Nevada, Reno is hiring three academic advisor positions for our College of Education, Division of Health Sciences, and Honors Program. The primary responsibility of the position is academic advising for the respective population.

The primary responsibility of each position is the advisement of prospective and current students in their respective fields. The specific responsibilities for the three open positions are listed in the job position announcement online.

The University offers over 180 degree programs, including masters-level and doctoral programs in the Graduate School, and serves a growing number of students through its Extended Studies program of on-line and alternately-scheduled courses. Required Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are either a Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution and two years of experience or a Master’s Degree and one year of experience.

Preferred Qualifications
Successful candidates will have experience working with academic advising in a higher education setting.
