- Act as academic advisor for online academic programs (undergraduate and graduate)
- Provide support for students to understand and meet academic requirements
- Support and leverage student recruitment activities for the purpose of meeting individual program and enrollment goals.

Minimum qualifications: Master’s degree from an accredited college or university. One year of relevant experience (for example: teaching, counseling, advising or online/distance program support/administration). Excellent oral and written communication skills; high degree of commitment to customer service; strong focus on detail and task completion; highly organized with good analytical skills; demonstrated competency in the use of word processing, spreadsheets, database, email and Internet applications. Candidates must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
Preferred qualifications: Direct experience assisting college-level students; additional years of related experience.
