Position Description
The Coordinator, Advising, Recruitment and Retention, for the College of Business (COB), oversees all related activities in the college and works with the Associate Dean of COB to provide advisement services for undergraduate students. The Coordinator performs activities related to advisement, retention and recruitment as well as supervises classified staff performing those activities. The Coordinator serves as academic advisor for COB and serves as a key informational resource for the college. The Coordinator provides information about curriculum, advisement, and enrollment processes to support ongoing AACSB accreditation of the college.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution and two years of experience in a student service related position preferably in a higher education setting

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s Degree
