NACADA Scholarships

The NACADA Scholarships are presented to selected members who are pursuing graduate education at either the Master's or Ph.D. or Ed.D. level. The program supports a primary goal of the organization, which is to promote professional training of advisors. Funds are provided in order to encourage the relationship between scholarly work in advising and professional practice. Candidates must have a two-year history of membership with NACADA, present a well developed personal advising philosophy, articulate clear goals related to their future in advising and solicit detailed endorsements from their faculty advisor, as well as their employer. One $1,000 scholarship and four $500 scholarships may be awarded at the Annual Conference in fall.
